Have a genuine antique or collectible piece? Let our specialists examine it and present it to a community of serious collectors across the UAE and beyond. We handle everything, from examination and photography to listing and the auction itself, so you can sell with confidence.
How It Works
- Submit Your Piece: Fill out the submission form with your item details and clear photos. The form is the only route in, and it gathers everything we need in one place. If you have a question first, you may contact our team on WhatsApp, though a piece cannot be assessed from a chat.
- We Study Your Photographs: We tell you honestly what they establish and what they do not, whatever the answer. Most enquiries are settled at this stage, and nothing is charged for it.
- Examination in Person: Nothing is listed or certified on photographs alone. Where your piece looks right to us, we come to you and examine it properly, at your home or wherever the piece is kept. The visit is AED 300 in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, AED 600 in the other Emirates, and AED 100 for each additional piece seen at the same visit. It applies whether or not we take the piece on afterwards, which is exactly why we propose a visit only where we already expect to accept it.
- Certificate of Authenticity: Where the piece passes and you decide to sell with us, we issue its Certificate of Authenticity, yours to keep whether or not the piece ever sells.
- We Handle Everything: Professional photography, listing, auction management, and all buyer communication are taken care of by AATEEQ. You choose whether the piece stays with you or comes into our care, and whether it sells at auction or in the store.
- You Get Paid: Once your piece sells and the buyer completes payment, you receive your proceeds by bank transfer after the funds have cleared. Our commission is 15% of the sale price, with a minimum of AED 500.

- Reproductions or replicas
- Pieces we cannot identify with confidence
- Pieces damaged beyond restoration
- Anything made from a protected species, removed unlawfully from its country of origin, or needing a permit the owner does not hold
We also take on only what we are confident we can place well. If a piece is not right for us, we will tell you quickly rather than leave you waiting.
The Piece Must Be in the UAE
We do not list, certify or take on a piece we have not examined in person. If you are outside the UAE, we will still study your photographs and tell you what we think; please contact us and we will study your case. Nothing can be agreed until the piece is here.
