Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Processing includes order verification, item inspection, documentation, and careful packaging.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Method

AATEEQ does not operate an internal delivery fleet or in-house delivery service.

All orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier services. Courier selection may depend on the destination, item size, item weight, value, and handling requirements.

AATEEQ carefully prepares and packages each item before dispatch, but final delivery is carried out by the assigned courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, destination, access conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Delivery — United Arab Emirates

Domestic UAE orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

UAE Delivery Costs

For deliveries within the United Arab Emirates:

  • Orders below AED 500: AED 35 delivery fee
  • Orders of AED 500 and above: Free shipping

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before purchase confirmation.

International Delivery

International delivery is available to select destinations and may depend on the nature, size, value, and destination of the item.

International deliveries are typically completed within 7–15 business days after dispatch, but timelines may vary due to customs clearance, courier processes, local regulations, or destination-specific logistics.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

AATEEQ is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier processes.

Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery details or tracking information where applicable.

Packaging, Risk, and Inspection

All items are carefully packaged using materials appropriate for antiques, fragile objects, and collectible items.

Customers are advised to inspect the item immediately upon delivery. Your purchase includes a 10-day inspection window, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Items or Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged or if there is a delivery issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
